Terms and Condition
Booking are made by appointment only. We only take install bookings on Friday’s and Saturday’s 08:30am – 19:30pm, other days only on availability with an additional fee is £20. Styling bookings are taken Monday – Sunday 08:30am – 20:30pm. Colour bookings are taken Monday – Sunday minimum 7 days prior to appointment date, for express colour services would require an additional fee of £25 .
All bookings are confirmed by email if booked online or by whatsapp if booked on whatsapp. Once booking is confirmed we will send out confirmed bookings details such as the requested service, date, time and total service price and address and directions.
* We ask all hair to be clean,dry, not to be in conrows/ plaits and ready to be installed unless discussed otherwise.
* We ask a sample picture of requested colour and advanced full payment for colouring services.
We work strictly on appointment basis and therefor have a very strict lateness policy. We offer every client a maximum delay of 20 min, further delays would be an additional fee of £15, however if we are not able to fit the client in anymore the client will be notified.
We provide 2 types of wigs services: Fab already made wigs and Fab custom made wigs.
– Our Fab already made wigs are hand made wigs designed by ourselves. We use our FAB hair collection, 100% virgin hair with our firm and secure custom dome caps, with elastic bands to design our wigs. For our coloured wigs we use salon semi permanent / permanent colours. All wigs sold online contain product info, please read before purchasing. Our Fab already made wigs are for sale online and can be purchased online via paypal or bankcard.
– Our FAB custom wigs are hand made units designed by our clients. Clients have the option to purchase hair from the FAB hair collection or they can provide their own hair. The wigs are totally custom designed by the client from density, lengths, parting, colour and cut. In order to make sure we have the best understanding of the clients requests, we always require a sample picture to secure a mutual understanding of the end product. Fab custom wigs are also made with our fab custom dome cap and elastic band, may the client require extra services such as hair clips we can add that for an additional fee.
– Once everything is concluded and the price is confirmed, we would require advance full payment through paypal or bank account. Once payment is received the wig order process will take 4-12 days from day of payment not inducing weekends. We also offer express service taking 1-4 days from day of payment, if there is availability, for an additional fee £25. We give our clients 48 hours notice prior to orders completion by email/ whatsapp depending on clients preference.
The client has the 2 option either to collect the order from our base in Barking, Essex on appointment base or we can post it by Royal Mail special next day delivery within uk or signed DHL delivery for international orders.The client is liable for the confirmed postage price and the postage price will depend on destination and weight of order.
On collection we offer our clients a free fitting and minor adjustment such as shaping, tightening and more baby hair for our frontal wigs. For further adjustments / changes or extra services a fee may apply. For our postal orders we confirm postage by email/ whatsapp with your tracking number to be able to track your parcel.
We ask all our client to kindly send us a notification when they have received their order, however This is not mandatory.
– We also offer sample wigs for fitting for clients who have never worn a wig before or would like to see how a Fab wig fits/looks like before purchasing a Fab wig. Please note these sample wigs are standard wigs and are made by our standard most requested wigs and might not suit your perfect requirement, it is just to give you an idea. We offer this service for free only on appointment basis for 15 min, further duration a fee of £10 every 30min will apply. Our hair is subject to rigorous examination and is 100% virgin hair and as such can undergo the same treatments such as washing, conditioning, colouring and high temperature heat levels as if it were your own. We sell various type of hair textures that be blended with any hair texture. All hair our hair can be purchased online and is posted via Royal Mail signed delivery or DHL signed international delivery. We take hair orders online Monday – Sunday and the ordereing process can take 1- 4 days from day of payment including delivery time. May you need the hair sooner or on a specific day, please notify us in a message together with your confirmation number and we will notify you whether or not we can provide it.
When booking a colour service we always require the client to provide us with a picture showing exactly what colour and style of colouring they are requesting. Once all is confirmed and full payment is made we then do a small tester on the hair provided by the client or with the Fab purchased hair to provide our client with the outcome, if the client is happy with he colour we then continue the full service and will not be liable for any refund, however if the client is not happy with the outcome we offer the client a refund for the colouring amount charged minus 25% for the tester and time.
Home / location services
For home service/ location bookings we require minimum 10 days notice. We also require a deposit in advance by paypal/ bank to secure and guarantee booking. The deposit fee will depend on the requested service.
We kindly ask our clients to notify us with time & date changes / cancellations for our install and styling services at least 48 hours prior to the booking date by phone call / whatsapp.
For our colouring services we would require at least 3 days notice prior to the booking date for changes or cancellation,however may it be we have already coloured the hair we won’t be held accountable and there won’t be a refund available. We can re-correct the previous requested colour to the new requested colour only if it is possible and for an additional fee.
For home / location services We kindly ask our clients to notify us with time & date changes / cancellations for our install and styling services at least 5 days prior to the booking date by phone call / whatsapp, if it exceeds this time we will not refund the advanced paid deposit.
May it occur we have to change/cancel your appointment we will notify you 48 hours prior to booking.
We take cash, bank and paypal payments.
For All online orders full payments are made by paypal or card.
For install and styling services full payments can be made on appointment day by cash or by bank/paypal before the services starts.
For colouring and custom wig orders payments are made in advance by cash, bank/ paypal. The service will be carried out once the payment is received.
We provide services with a very strict policy therefor we keep all out clients information confidential. Any information given to us by our client will not be shared with any third party unless permitted. We also require the same commendation from our clients.
