Install and styling services
We do not offer refunds for install & styling services. When booking an install / styling service we make sure we understand the clients request, in some cases we also ask for a picture to have a clear understanding of what it is the client wants. Once the service is completed we always ask our clients whether they are satisfied and if they would like any adjustment made, hereby we give the client the chance to confirm whether they are satisfied with the service or not, depending on the outcome of the answer we work towards clients satisfaction, however the moment the clients confirms satisfactory and leaves the premises we consider it as an satisfactory service completion and are no longer liable for a revise. We do offer adjustments or changes for an additional fee.
We do not offer refunds for our colouring services. We consider colouring services a custom order booked by a client. When booking a colour service we require a picture from the client showing us exactly what colour and style of colouring they want. Once all is confirmed we then do a small colour test with the hair provided by the client or with our hair if the client purchased our hair and show this sample to the client. The client can now decide whether they would like to go ahead with the order
We do not offer refunds for any hair orders. All our hairs are fully examined and are made out of 100% virgin hair. Any hair sold online has a detailed product description. We also have various pictures displayed with how our hair looks like when installed. We do offer exchanges, however the hair must be in the same condition as received and needs to be returned within 5 days from day of receiving the hair. We are not liable for return or repost costs.
For hygienic reason we have a very strict exchange and returns policy and all sales are final. We don’t offer returns or refunds.
Units from our Fab by Ledutches Collection are made of 100% top quality virgin hair. Our hair goes through extensive quality testing. We do offer adjustments to the wigs( there may be a fee applied depending on the type of adjustment required). Please notify us within 72 hours of recorded receipt. The process of adjustment takes 7 days from the day we receive the returned wig.
Customers will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs of your return, therefore we strongly advise sending parcels through a tracked courier service. This will be your guarantee they have been received. Fab by Ledutches is not liable for any lost returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You will be notified when they are on their way.
*Customised orders by clients cannot be returned or refunded, however we can offer adjustments and an additional fee may apply depending on the required adjustment.
