Once we have received your order we ship your order the next day and send you a notification with your tracking number, If we don’t have your requested item in stock we will send you notification informing you went to expect your item. It usually takes 3/4 days to have the item in stock again and we would then send it out as soon as we receive the requested item
Also please note: Once we have sent your item, If there are any delays it is the responsibility of the Postal Service. Sometimes If your country is experiencing extreme weather conditions there may be delays or during holiday periods.
If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please call us immediately at +44 (0) 7827320419. We will contact our postal provider right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. This investigation can take up to 8-10 business days. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost a replacement will be sent pending providers investigation of the situation.
Costs and duration
All delivery costs are liable by the client, therefore we ask all our clients to fill in all the requested information carefully and to double check all information given. All the deliveries are signed and tracked services to secure both parties. If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS. We only carry out delivery cost if we have carried out a fault.
For our national UK orders we use Royal Mail next day signed delivery. For wig orders (1 unit) and hair orders (3 bundles & closure/frontal) it is £7,80, however prices might vary depending on the weight. Exact quote of price will be confirmed after final order.
For our International orders we use DHL signed delivery. Prices and duration vary depending on weight and location.
